← DFW Rent vs. Buy

PRIVACY NOTICE · NOVEMBER 4, 2026

Your information.
A clear purpose.

This website is provided by David D. McElroy, Texas real estate broker, to respond to requests for a DFW rent-versus-buy conversation.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, email, optional phone number, rent range, lease timing, buying timeline, preferred areas, financing stage, and permission choices. It also includes campaign identifiers from the page URL to help identify which marketing brought you here. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, credit reports, or loan documents.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to your request and understand your housing preferences. Ongoing marketing emails are optional and require a separate checkbox. Personal phone follow-up is optional. This form does not authorize automated calls or text messages. Checking financing interest does not submit a loan application.

Service providers and sharing

When this site is deployed to Netlify with Forms enabled, Netlify processes and stores submitted form information for the website operator. Website hosting and requested external services may process technical data such as IP addresses. Google Fonts supplies the fonts used on this page. No advertising pixels, analytics scripts, or location-tracking scripts are included in this package.

This form does not automatically send your information to a lender or enroll you in an existing marketing workflow. Any later service integrations must respect your saved permission choices. We will ask before sharing your inquiry with a lender.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or an end to follow-up by emailing info@relistdfw.com. Optional marketing emails can be stopped at any time. Information is retained only as needed for your request, any separately authorized follow-up, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
